About Me
Rachel Rozen, MS, OTR/L
Hi, I'm Rachel!
I am a Pediatric Occupational Therapist based in Chicago, working with children of all ages through adolescence. My focus in treatment is to support kids with sensory processing differences, developmental delays, ASD, ADHD, and executive function challenges via sensory integration and by supporting social-emotional development and self-regulation (utilizing the “DIR Method”).
I use play and a relationship-based approach to build rapport and keep kids motivated and engaged to maximize our time together. I have worked in outpatient clinics, in public and charter schools, and I am also the lead OT on a developmental diagnostic team which provides comprehensive evaluations. I love collaborating with the entire family and using play to reach our goals!
When I'm not at "work" (because my work is play!) you'll find me spending time with my two sons, Logan and Mason, my husband Adam, and our rescue pup Crosby. I love to travel, try new restaurants, work out, and I'm always up for a trip to Starbucks.
I look forward to meeting you and your family soon!
